If you can manage to sit still for a few minutes and look at your problems from an objective viewpoint you’ll soon see that not only have you blow them out of all proportion you’ll also quickly realise that you have within you the ability and resources to solve them quite easily. So this week you have a clear choice: you can either carry on as before and run around like a headless chicken getting nowhere or you can reassess the various difficult situations you find yourself in as well as your ability to tackle them successfully. Make no mistake, there’s nothing presently on your plate that you cannot deal with in the most satisfactory way and all you really need to do is take a breath and refuse to panic. You’ll help yourself no-end if you avoid all intoxicants (especially coffee!), go to bed before you’re tired and get up an hour earlier than usual. Do all this and you’ll sail through the week!
